Shipping Policy
We dispatch orders within 24 hours of confirmation (Mon–Sat). Most metros receive their orders in 3–5 business days, and other locations within 5–7 business days. Free shipping on all orders above ₹999. Orders below ₹999 attract a flat shipping charge of ₹79.
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive tracking details on your registered mobile number. For Cash on Delivery orders, our courier partner will contact you before delivery.
Returns & Refunds
Your satisfaction matters. If a product arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, you can request a return within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange a free pickup and issue a replacement or full refund.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Email support@mahadevelectricals.shop with your Order ID and reason for return.
- Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Bulbs / consumables that have been used are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
